By creating an account or using CallGPT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility
To use CallGPT, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@xerotech.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may only maintain one account. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.
5. Service Description
CallGPT provides an AI-powered communication platform that enables you to:
- Engage in conversations with AI models
- Generate text, code, and other content
- Create and manage artifacts (documents, images, audio)
- Access various AI capabilities based on your subscription plan
6. Subscription Plans and Pricing
6.1 Available Plans

Prices are in US Dollars. VAT/tax may be added where applicable.
6.2 Free Trial
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be validated but not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
6.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Email to support@xerotech.io
Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the Free plan
7.2 Refund Policy
14-Day Refund: If you are unsatisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
To request a refund:
- Email support@xerotech.io from your registered email address
- Include your account email and reason for refund
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Exclusions: Refunds are not available:
- After 14 days from first payment
- For subsequent billing periods
- If your account has been terminated for Terms violations
7.3 No Refunds for Partial Periods
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
8. Acceptable Use
8.1 Permitted Use
You may use CallGPT for lawful personal and business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8.2 Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use CallGPT to:
Illegal Content:
- Generate, store, or distribute illegal content
- Facilitate or promote illegal activities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harmful Content:
- Create child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
- Generate content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Create malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Generate phishing content or fraudulent materials
Abuse and Harassment:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Generate defamatory or discriminatory content
- Impersonate others without authorisation
- Stalk or invade others’ privacy
System Abuse:
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Intellectual Property:
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
- Generate content that violates third-party rights
8.3 Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
9. AI-Generated Content
9.1 Nature of AI Output
CallGPT uses artificial intelligence models provided by third parties (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to generate responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
- Outputs are not verified, endorsed, or guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any purpose
- AI may produce unexpected results including incorrect information presented confidently
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
9.2 No Professional Advice
AI-generated content does not constitute:
- Legal advice
- Medical or health advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Professional advice of any kind
Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
9.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing all AI-generated content
- Verifying accuracy before relying on outputs
- Ensuring appropriate use of generated content
- Any consequences of using AI-generated content
9.4 No Intellectual Property Warranty
We do not warrant that AI-generated content:
- Is free from intellectual property claims
- Does not infringe third-party rights
- Is original or non-infringing
You use AI-generated content at your own risk.
10. Your Content
10.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit to CallGPT (“Your Content”), including prompts, uploaded files, and any original materials.
10.2 License to Us
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process Your Content to provide the Service
- Store Your Content on our systems
- Transmit Your Content to AI providers for processing
This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.
10.3 AI Training
We do not use Your Content to train our own AI models. However, third-party AI providers may have their own data usage policies. We use API configurations that request data not be used for training where such options are available.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Our Rights
CallGPT, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by XEROTECH LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
11.2 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions about CallGPT, we may use them without obligation to you.
12. Third-Party Services
CallGPT integrates with third-party services including:
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
13. Service Availability
13.1 No Guarantee
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Unplanned outages
- Factors beyond our control
13.2 Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Exclusion of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
14.2 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £100
14.3 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded by law
14.4 Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XEROTECH LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your Content
16. Termination
16.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account or by emailing support@xerotech.io.
16.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account:
- For violation of these Terms
- For non-payment
- If required by law
- At our discretion with 30 days’ notice
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- We may delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
17. Dispute Resolution
17.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@xerotech.io to attempt informal resolution.
17.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17.3 Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17.4 Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
